Terms

Turnaround begins after payment and receipt of usable listing photos and complete details. One reasonable revision is included per package unless otherwise stated. Customer certifies they are the listing agent or otherwise have the right to use all submitted photos and content, and that any MLS or brokerage restrictions on the submitted material have been respected. Custom work is generally non-refundable once production begins, except where required by law or if we are unable to fulfill the project. No printing or physical sign production is included unless explicitly stated — the QR code and social graphics are digital files only. Card data is handled entirely by Stripe; we do not store payment details.
